FINAL WORD is an entertainment service of deterministic digital exposure. The site displays ONE sentence and a countdown clock. By paying the current ladder price, the User overwrites the displayed sentence with their own (max 140 characters, with a public nick). The User purchases: (a) immediate public display of their sentence until it is overwritten by another user, (b) a permanent public entry in the chronicle (nick, sentence, price paid, time held). The service is performed immediately upon payment confirmation.
The overwrite price is fully deterministic: it starts at EUR 1 and each subsequent overwrite costs the previous price plus 10% (minimum EUR 1 more), rounded to the cent. Anti-stall rule: for every full 12 hours without an overwrite, the next overwrite price additionally decreases by 10% (at most 6 such decreases, never below EUR 1); after an overwrite the ladder continues from the price actually paid. There is no element of chance, no winnings and no prize pool. Being overwritten does NOT entitle the previous author to any refund — the purchased exposure has already been delivered. This is not a game of chance under applicable gambling laws.
When the clock reaches zero (subject to the anti-snipe rule: any overwrite in the final 10 minutes extends the clock by 10 minutes), the standing sentence becomes final. The operator undertakes, as a contractual obligation, to: laser-engrave the final sentence on a stainless-steel plate, obtain a notarial certification including a cryptographic hash of the full overwrite history, bury the plate at GPS coordinates published on the site, and livestream the burial. Fulfilment shall occur within 60 days of the finale and be documented on the site.
This is a digital service performed immediately. In the payment flow the User gives express consent to immediate performance and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
Prohibited: hate speech, profanity, personal data (including third parties'), unlawful content, third-party trademarks used without right, doxxing, addresses and phone numbers. The operator may reject a sentence before publication with a full refund, or hide it after publication (the chronicle entry and price remain, the text is replaced with a removal notice). The final engraved sentence must comply with these rules; a non-compliant final sentence will be replaced by the latest compliant one.
The checkout amount is preset to the exact ladder price. If a payment arrives below the required ladder price for its version, or after the sentence has already been overwritten by someone else (a race), it is not applied and is automatically refunded in full.

FINAL WORD to rozrywkowa, deterministyczna usługa ekspozycji cyfrowej. Strona wyświetla JEDNO zdanie i zegar. Płacąc aktualną cenę z drabinki, Użytkownik nadpisuje wyświetlane zdanie własnym (max 140 znaków, z publicznym nickiem). Użytkownik kupuje: (a) natychmiastową publiczną ekspozycję swojego zdania do czasu nadpisania przez innego użytkownika, (b) wieczny publiczny wpis w kronice (nick, zdanie, zapłacona cena, czas utrzymania). Usługa jest wykonywana natychmiast po zaksięgowaniu płatności.
Cena nadpisania jest w pełni deterministyczna: start 1 EUR, każde kolejne nadpisanie kosztuje cenę poprzednią plus 10% (min. 1 EUR więcej), z zaokrągleniem do centa. Zasada anty-zastojowa: za każde pełne 12 godzin bez nadpisania cena kolejnego nadpisania dodatkowo spada o 10% (maksymalnie 6 takich obniżek, nigdy poniżej 1 EUR); po nadpisaniu drabinka biegnie dalej od ceny faktycznie zapłaconej. Nie ma elementu losowości, wygranych ani puli nagród. Nadpisanie NIE uprawnia poprzedniego autora do zwrotu — kupiona ekspozycja została już dostarczona. Usługa nie jest grą hazardową w rozumieniu ustawy o grach hazardowych.
Gdy zegar osiągnie zero (z zastrzeżeniem reguły anti-snipe: nadpisanie w ostatnich 10 minutach przedłuża zegar o 10 minut), aktualne zdanie staje się ostateczne. Operator zobowiązuje się umownie: wygrawerować laserowo finalne zdanie na płycie ze stali nierdzewnej, uzyskać poświadczenie notarialne z kryptograficznym hashem pełnej historii nadpisań, zakopać płytę pod współrzędnymi GPS opublikowanymi na stronie i transmitować pochówek na żywo. Realizacja w ciągu 60 dni od finału, udokumentowana na stronie.
Usługa cyfrowa wykonywana natychmiast. W procesie płatności Użytkownik wyraża wyraźną zgodę na natychmiastowe wykonanie i przyjmuje do wiadomości utratę 14-dniowego prawa odstąpienia (art. 38 pkt 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta; art. 16 lit. m dyrektywy 2011/83/UE).
Zakazane: mowa nienawiści, wulgaryzmy, dane osobowe (w tym cudze), treści bezprawne, cudze znaki towarowe, doxxing, adresy i numery telefonów. Operator może odrzucić zdanie przed publikacją z pełnym zwrotem albo ukryć po publikacji (wpis w kronice i cena zostają, tekst zastępuje informacja o usunięciu). Finalne grawerowane zdanie musi być zgodne z zasadami; niezgodne zostanie zastąpione ostatnim zgodnym.
Kwota na checkoucie jest ustawiona dokładnie na cenę z drabinki. Płatność poniżej wymaganej ceny dla danej wersji albo dokonana po tym, jak zdanie zostało już nadpisane przez kogoś innego (wyścig), nie jest stosowana i podlega automatycznemu pełnemu zwrotowi.
